		<description>This is the same thing as what hurt in the OMM! Training is a bit up and down as you can imagine. I joined the gym and am blazing the stepper and the cross trainer. I have also got my mountain bike up and running and doing a few night rides. Not the same as a 2 hour run but passes the time and hopefully mean I start off at roughly the same place I was back in November.</description>
